Our class celebration will be on

Wednesday, 7th May 2008 at 2.40 pm

 

On Monday, we visited Underwater Street.  We had a lovely time.

There were many things to do including a construction area, a sensory area, an art area, imagination village, the physical zone and the Lab.

We have been learning about capacity in numeracy.  We were able to do our measuring outside in the lovely weather.

We had our class celebration about Holidays and Holydays.  Father Smith came and gave the children and parents a special blessing.

 

The Bluesilver Theatre Company came to visit our school.

We learned about a typical day of a Victorian child.

We celebrated Palm Sunday in the School Hall with our families.

 

 

We had a 'Jolly Jama' Day on Friday and we enjoyed reading our favourite stories together.

We enjoyed a fun musical morning with Bob Buckle.

Parents Evening

 

We had fun at our Christmas Party!

Diane Brady came to talk to us about keeping safe crossing the road and also while shopping at this busy time.

 

Children from Year 1 and Year 2 gave a Country Dancing

display for their parents and grandparents.

The infants have been learning about Sikhism.  Here are some things that are important to Sikhs.  We are looking forward to

our celebration assembly on Friday!

 

Our Country Dancing After School Club will be taking part in the Maghull Day of Music on

Saturday 10th November at 12.00 pm.

Eddie and Karen from Sefton Council have been coming to school every Monday morning to teach us how to cross the road safely.  We have been outside and have learnt how to cross the road safely. We have had fun wearing the fluorescent safety jackets.
