    RE Inspection Report

    Dear Parents and Carers

I have already mentioned the Catholic Schools Inspectorate RE Inspection in the weekly newsletter, however, I would like to send this short message with a copy of the final report for you to read.  Everyone associated with school if rightly proud of their collective achievement and the two day inspection, although rigorous, was nevertheless enjoyable.  It was important to us that they saw our school as it operates everyday of the school year and the two inspectors commented that they had indeed enjoyed their visit to our school adding that it is quite exceptional to witness such a loving and positive learning environment.  The Governors are delighted with the outcomes which is a considerable achievement, particularly in a single form school where teacher numbers and resources are limited.  Nevertheless, I would like to share a comment with regards to this achievement.

"achieving a grade 1 in all areas of a Catholic Schools Inspection is difficult, as it requires a consistently high level of performance across all aspects of the school's provision, including its denominational education and collective worship.  It requires meticulous planning and consistent execution of the Inspections criteria, with support from the entire school community, to achieve and maintain the highest possible standards."

I hope you are as proud as we all are and thank you all for your continued support in providing the very best Catholic Education for all of our children.

    Yours sincerely

    Mr D MacAreavy - Headteacher
