Dear Parents,

Just to remind you that our class Parent's meetings are due to commence after school today. As previously explained, these are being done remotely using Zoom and you should have been given your time for these meetings last week.

You may not have received your Zoom invite as of yet, however this will be sent to you a day or two before the original scheduled meeting. Please ensure that you adhere to the original time which was agreed with the class teacher as the time for your meeting. Occasionally, when setting the meetings, the zoom invite may detail a slightly different time due to the way it enables the user to set meetings. We ask that you stick to the original time agreed, which will last no more than ten minutes.

All of the meetings have been sent from teacher's school emails using the @sjbschool.uk account. These accounts are not monitored so we would ask if you could refrain from sending correspondence to this email. If you have any queries or need to discuss/ rearrange appointments, please could you contact the main school email address (admin.stjohnbosco@schools.sefton.gov.uk) and your message will be forwarded to the class teacher.
