Dear Parents and Carers

A number of parents have contacted me regarding school meals and sometimes not getting ordered dinner choices.  

Firstly can I thank you all for sending your dinner choices back as this does aid ordering and wastage.  Any changes or new starters should be sent by Tuesday afternoon the week before they start hot meals or for any changes to take, as the orders go over on a weekly basis to the school kitchen on Wednesday mornings for meals that start the following Monday. 

Unfortunately at the present time there are sometimes issues with deliveries and food choices can be subject to change at short notice.   Green Park's usual cook is also on long term sick leave and a new cook has taken her place who is not familiar with our two schools.  We do try our best to give the children what they have chosen but some days they may not be given their pre ordered choice.

If you have any concerns regarding dinners please contact me on my admin.stjohnbosco@schools.sefton.gov,uk email and we will try to do our best to sort the issues out.
