Dear Parents and Carers

The school meals register for payments has now been updated ready for your payments.  Year 3 are now eligible for payments, please ensure that payments are paid in advance and promptly, meals currently cost £2.60 per day (£13.00 per week) you are welcome to pay weekly, fortnightly, monthly or termly which ever suits how you want to pay, there should always be credits of at least £13.00 on the payment register on Monday morning ready for the new week.

Dinner menus for this week have already been sent over to the kitchen before we finished for the summer break, if your child's name is not on the payment register, you will need to bring a packed lunch as it means that there has been no orders sent for your child.  New menus need to be sent by the close of Tuesday for new children starting school meals on Monday 9th September otherwise they will start on Monday 16th, as orders need to be sent to the kitchen first thing Wednesday morning to start the following week.  

If your child has changed their mind and you have already registered for a meals but they wished to bring packed lunches, please let me know as soon as possible so I can remove them from the payment list.
