Dear Parents and Carers

As we continue to look for ways to improve the provision and safety for all of our children, following a meeting with Mrs Burns, the Headteacher at Green Park School, we have decided to lock the gate at the Round Meade at 3.30pm after parents have collected their children.  There will be no access via this gate after this time.

The current arrangements will remain in place for the children at our school at Breakfast Club, Stjbkidzone After School Club and After School Sports Clubs.  Children will continue to be collected from the front of the school as this arrangement has proved to be most successful.  Any children taking part in the Infant Football Session on Friday afternoon will continue to be collected at the front of the school.  

I trust that this slight alteration to the Round Meade Gate meets with your approval and I thank you for your continued support in ensuring that we maximise measures to keep our children's learning environment as safe as possible.
