Dear Parents and Carers

Iris Parentmail completed an upgrade last week following this some parents have had difficulty getting on to payments.  If you are having an issue, please log out of Iris Parentmail and then log back in, give it time to reload and hopefully your payments should be there.  Let me know if you are still having issues

Can I remind anyone who has not yet paid for Infant and Junior Clubs that payments are now overdue and it they are not paid asap you child could be removed from clubs as we are now in our third week.

Other payments

Dinners - have gone up to £13.50 per week payable on Friday morning for the following week.

Breakfast Club - £4.00 per session - full week of bookings is due on Monday morning for the rest of the week.

Stjbkidzone - £12.00 per session - full week of bookings is due on Monday morning for the rest of the week.

For both Breakfast Club and Stjbkidzone - if you have a booked place for either of these clubs and you fail to cancel you will be charged the full amount, as your place could have gone to a child on a waiting list.

All payments should be paid so that your account is in credit at the beginning of each week.  Payments should not be paid in arrears.  A lot of administration time is wasted chasing late payments each week.
