The children will be given 2 books over the Easter, to enjoy reading, so please remember to bring reading book in on Thursday to be changed. All Bug Club books are available too.

Below you will find a link to a website which has numerous past Phonics Screening papers. As mentioned on Parents Evening, these are words to help the children practice their sounds they have been learning. Some words are real words and some are alien words. They can be used for the upcoming months to help the children prepare for their Phonics Screening in June.

Thank you for your kind donations for our Year 1 Food Bank. Mr MacAreavy took some of the children to our local Food Bank today. The volunteers there were so grateful for the donations. Be sure to check out X(Twitter) for photographs.
