Phonics - Tomorrow, the children will bring home a phonics reading sheet. The sheet has a variety of words, both real and alien, containing a lot of the sounds they have been learning. They just need to sound out each word and blend it together, reading the word back to an adult. Note - this is just a reading exercise. The children do not need to write anything.

Maths - The children have been looking at doubles. Below is a link to a game the children are familiar with - Hit The Button'.

3. Choose the yellow circle - doubles
4. Choose doubles to 10 

Optional extra - There is also an option to look at addition within 20 under the 'number bonds' button. The children may like to practice their additions, which we have been looking at too.
